Michael Swan is a seasoned real estate professional with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Utah, where he specializes in listing and buyer representation for premier luxury homes, land sales and acquisitions, investment opportunities, and resort properties.
With over 25 years of direct market experience and more than $800,000,000+ in career sales across multiple structures, Michael is known for his strategic mindset, deep market knowledge and collaborative approach to every transaction.
Michael moved to Park City from the Northeast in 1998, drawn to Utah by a unique development/landscape design opportunity, along with Park City’s world-class skiing, vibrant community, and extraordinary mountain lifestyle.
He began his career in fractional real estate development in 2000, quickly rising to become a top-producing agent with Marriott Mountainside at Park City Mountain and Westgate Resorts at the Canyons Base. His success in new construction and design-forward properties later led him to specialize in luxury real estate throughout the Park City area.
Michael joined the sales team at the private golf community Promontory Club in 2013, where he became the top producer in 7 of his 11 years there, closing over 400 transactions and helping families and individuals realize their dream of owning a ski, golf, and mountain retreat.
Today, Michael is affiliated with luxury market leader, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, where he guides his clients in listing, selling, and acquiring premier properties across Utah’s Wasatch Back—while being backed by the power and resources of a true global brand. Whether assisting sellers, investors, second-home buyers, or those building a custom retreat, Michael is known for his calm, firm, confident, and strategic negotiating style and genuine commitment to his clients’ goals.
Often mixing work with time to play, Michael can usually be found on one of the local mountains enjoying a Utah signature corduroy ‘bluebird groomer’ morning, or rediscovering a secret pow-stash during a storm cycle, as well as trying to “go low” on the golf course. He and his wife, Jenna, have designed and built two homes in the picturesque mountain enclave of Midway—located in the Wasatch Co. Valley, just 15 minutes south of Park City. They live there with their two children, Atlas and Everette, and their beloved family dogs Bradee and Billee.
